3.8. Diagnostic Logging¶
When enabled diagnostic file logs are created, each processed email message have trace in it.
Diagnostic logs helps to trace problems with rules or application.
3.8.1. Dump messages¶
When option is selected each message which contains defined phrase in subject will be dumped.
Content of the message could be found in Events History on Message | Body page. Internally it’s stored in diagnostic logs directory.
3.8.2. Download Diagnostic Logs¶
Application gather all available logs located on the server and download them as compressed archive.
3.8.3. Open Directory¶
Opens directory where downloaded log files are located.
3.8.4. Delete All¶
Removes all downloaded compressed log files (only on the client machine).
