Build signatures and disclaimers once, reuse everywhere

Signatures and disclaimers both come from the same place in MSH Postfix Milter: the Templates panel. Instead of pasting HTML into each rule by hand, you design a template once and reuse it across as many signature and disclaimer rules as you need.

Templates can be created with a visual designer or by editing raw HTML directly, and you can import existing HTML or TXT files if you already have designs you want to keep using. While you work, a real-time preview shows exactly how the template will render.

Placeholders that fill themselves in

Templates support user and message attributes as placeholders, so a single template becomes a personalized signature or disclaimer for every recipient once the placeholders are resolved at send time. You can select a specific user and preview the template with their real data before it ever reaches production.

Images referenced in a template can be attached as inline CID attachments, embedded as Base64, or left as external links, whichever suits how the resulting message should be delivered.
