Personalize every message with user attributes

A signature or disclaimer template is only as useful as the data behind it. MSH Postfix Milter resolves per-user attributes, name, title, phone number and other fields, at send time and drops them into the placeholders inside your templates.

Those attributes can come straight from your existing directory. Connect Active Directory or OpenLDAP and user data stays in sync automatically, or import it manually if you prefer to manage it yourself without a directory service.

The User Attributes panel lets you preview the attributes tied to any account, so you can confirm the data looks right before it goes into a live template. Combined with the template preview, you can pick a user and see their signature exactly as it will be sent, phone number, job title and all, without waiting for a real email to go out.
