Organize policy rules into groups

Once you have more than a handful of policy rules, a single flat list becomes hard to reason about. MSH Postfix Milter lets you organize rules into named groups, each with its own list of rules and its own logic for what happens next.

The Rules Groups panel shows every group at a glance, whether it is active, how many rules it contains, and how many of those rules are currently switched on, so you can see the shape of your whole mail policy without opening each group individually.

Deciding what happens next

Each group decides independently what to do once it has finished evaluating its rules. If at least one rule was applied, you can move on to the next group or stop processing right there. If none of the rules matched, you can make the same choice. That makes it easy to put a group of early exceptions, such as trusted senders, ahead of your main compliance rules, and stop processing as soon as a message is cleared.
